Signature Style

A fresh, unexpected mix of genres, artfully mastered from start to finish: Laura Gonzalez knows how to seamlessly blend contrasting materials and prints, tapping into a bottomless well of beautiful influences, without ever sacrificing the harmony and balance of the space. The talented architect loves to create precious, strong, and inspiring settings that conjure up fairy-tale-like atmospheres: tales from the Arabian Nights meet the visual magic of Yves Saint Laurent’s Majorelle Gardens. Working closely with master artisans, and renowned specialty creators from Le19M – the venue created on Chanel’s initiative -, Laura Gonzalez injects into every project a refreshingly vibrant sense of wonder.

Showstoppers

The charming, eye-catching Mawu Chairs with their tapered legs and lovely details have become an instant hit. A new iteration of this chair embellished with bespoke embroideries by Lesage Intérieurs epitomizes Laura’s signature of effortless sophistication. The Lilypad Chandelier shows yet another trait of the French designer’s creativity who reinterprets the organic shapes of water lilies’ floating leaves into an enticing, sculptural ceiling lamp made of glass petals. The Casa Sofa, the ultimate conversation piece with its timeless, classic lines enlivened by the most delightful floral prints.
