The Designer

Atelier Février

Florian Pretet and Lisa Mukhia, co-founders of Atelier Février, combine their different cultural and professional backgrounds to create unique hand-knotted rugs. Using ancient Tibetan hand-knotting techniques, they create striking one-off pieces with a luxurious quality enhanced by 190,000 knots per square meter. Their signature patterns and motifs feature unexpected color palettes and beautifully detailed designs. Atelier Février is committed to eco-friendly and fair-trade standards, using 100% natural fibers and dyes, mostly Tibetan wool and Chinese silk. Their rugs redefine space with their graphic quality and can be customized to bespoke dimensions and color palettes.
